1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the g8777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, game-specific rules, and any applicable promotional terms published on the g8777 platform, form the entire agreement between you and g8777 regarding your use of the platform.

1.2 By registering an account on g8777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You further confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

1.3 g8777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players by email or in-platform notification and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the g8777 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

1.4 These Terms were last updated on January 1, 2026, and supersede all previous versions of the g8777 Terms and Conditions.

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 The g8777 platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines;
• You are a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on g8777;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gaming platform, including any exclusion registered with PAGCOR;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful for you personally, including the Philippines;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of g8777 or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.

2.2 By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria listed in clause 2.1. g8777 may require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend accounts pending verification of eligibility.

2.3 g8777 complies with its obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework to prevent underage gambling. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process, and g8777 reserves the right to suspend account access pending successful age verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To use the g8777 platform, you must register a single account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on g8777. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. g8777 may use device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and identity document verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, g8777 will close all but the earliest-registered account and may withhold any balances or winnings across all accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g8777 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. g8777 staff will never request your password under any circumstances. You agree to notify g8777 customer support immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account credentials have been compromised. g8777 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

g8777 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID). Additional documentation may be required at g8777's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restriction of withdrawal access until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

g8777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits published in the g8777 Cashier section. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made on your behalf by another person — are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see clause 3.4) and may be subject to additional security review. g8777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section, though processing times may be affected by payment provider processing periods outside g8777's control. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on g8777 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific transaction. Currency conversion charges, if applicable to your payment method, are the responsibility of the account holder.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. g8777 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as published in the Cashier terms. Account holders with dormant balances will be notified prior to the application of any fee. g8777 will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to the account holder upon request, subject to KYC verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 g8777 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this agreement.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 g8777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus if g8777 determines that the offer was accepted in bad faith, through exploitation of an error, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Players found to be abusing the bonus system may have their accounts suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

5.4 Bonuses may be subject to game contribution weighting. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms. Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Each game available on g8777 is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct obligations.

6.2 All games on g8777 — including both live dealer games and Random Number Generator (RNG) games — use certified fair gaming technology. RNG games use random number generators independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by professional studios with real-time supervision and recorded for auditability.

6.3 In the event of a game or technical malfunction, g8777 reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction and refund the corresponding stake to the player's account. g8777 is not liable for any losses claimed to arise from system errors or malfunctions.

6.4 g8777's decision on the outcome of any game dispute shall be final, subject to escalation through the PAGCOR player complaint process where applicable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g8777 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any verification process;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting or facilitating access by a person under 21;
• Using any software, algorithm, automated tool, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including the use of bots, scripts, or prohibited card-counting devices;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an advantage in multi-player games;
• Exploiting identified software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to fund a g8777 account (money laundering);
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false payment disputes, or identity fraud;
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law without lawful authority to do so;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your g8777 account to any third party.

7.2 g8777 actively monitors platform activity for violations of these prohibited conduct provisions. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, g8777 may immediately suspend the account, withhold any withdrawal requests pending investigation, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of funds where the investigation confirms a violation.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, which take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

9.2 Your registered account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the g8777 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other right, licence, or interest in any g8777 intellectual property is granted by these Terms or by your use of the platform.

9.3 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any g8777 content without prior written authorisation from g8777.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g8777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the g8777 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from system downtime, communication failures, or third-party service interruptions.

10.2 g8777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 g8777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, network outages, and third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. g8777 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 g8777's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the g8777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at g8777.cam/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering an account on g8777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

11.3 g8777 complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations in all aspects of personal data processing.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 g8777 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players by email notification to the registered email address and/or by in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amendments take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by regulatory instruction from PAGCOR.

12.2 The most current version of the Terms will always be available at g8777.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

12.3 If you do not accept any amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the g8777 platform and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the g8777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the g8777 platform, shall first be referred to g8777 customer support for resolution. g8777 will endeavour to resolve player complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the g8777 internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution process. Players may contact PAGCOR directly through the official PAGCOR website at pagcor.ph.

13.4 For disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
